Fiber Optic Splicing Specialists
Top Tier Fiber delivers expert fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and fiber network services across the Southwest — on schedule, to spec, every time.
What We Do
From precision splicing to emergency network restoration, Top Tier Fiber brings the expertise and equipment your project demands.
High-precision arc fusion splicing of single-mode and multi-mode fiber. We deliver low-loss splices that meet or exceed industry standards, documented and tested on every job.
Comprehensive optical time-domain reflectometer testing to characterize your fiber network, identify faults, measure loss, and verify splice quality — with full trace documentation provided.
Fiber cuts don't keep business hours. Top Tier Fiber offers rapid emergency response for network outages — mobilizing quickly to restore your connectivity with minimal downtime.
We restore aging or failing splice enclosures to like-new condition — auditing the case, removing damaged or disorganized work, and rebuilding every tray to spec. The result is a cleaner, more reliable case that causes fewer outages and is far easier to service down the line.
Detailed inspection and documentation of your fiber plant and splice enclosures. We assess condition, identify problem areas before they cause failures, and deliver a clear report of what we found and what it needs — so you know exactly where your network stands.
Who We Are
Top Tier Fiber was built from hands-on experience in the field. We understand fiber infrastructure from the ground up — literally — and bring that knowledge to every project we take on.
Our team has direct experience in live fiber environments, working alongside carriers and contractors on real infrastructure deployments.
Every splice is tested and every OTDR trace is logged. We deliver work product that meets carrier-grade documentation standards.
Top Tier Fiber holds the required contractor's license and maintains full insurance coverage on all projects and personnel.
Where We Work
Top Tier Fiber operates across the Southwest, deploying wherever the work takes us. We're currently mobilizing and available across three states.
